Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed on every iPhone and Google Wallet on most Android phones. Customers add your pass with one tap — no App Store visit, no account creation.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan includes a wallet audience of 100 customers (pass holders) and 4 Wallet Marketing campaigns per month — permanently. No credit card required to start, and it never expires.

How do customers get my wallet pass?

Each pass gets a unique URL and QR code. Print the QR on receipts, table tents, or windows. You can also send the link via SMS or email. Customers tap once to add it to their Wallet.

Does this work on Android phones?

Yes. We generate both Apple Wallet (.pkpass) and Google Wallet passes. When a customer opens your link on Android, they get the Google Wallet version automatically.

Can I import my existing customer list?

Yes. You can import customers via CSV upload on any plan. Each imported customer can be issued a pass with their data pre-filled.

What happens when I hit my wallet audience limit?

New installs are paused silently — your existing customers are never affected. You can upgrade your plan at any time to instantly increase your limit.

What happens to my customers' data?

It stays yours. Customer data is handled GDPR-ready and is never sold or shared with advertisers. Every pass is delivered through Apple’s and Google’s official Wallet APIs and cryptographically signed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel from your settings page and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Downgrading to free is always available.
