Overview

PushNotice, operated by Sajid Ali, offers a straightforward refund policy. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. As such, all refund requests are subject to both this policy and Paddle's Terms of Use.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with PushNotice within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at support@pushnotice.io with your account email and order details.

Subscription Renewals

After the initial 30-day period, subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation stops future charges — you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
  • Partial months or unused features within an active subscription

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
